As previously noted, Gia is herself a very enthusiastic fan of having her toes nibbled upon and adored. Consider this, then, as a how-to guide to all the positively tasty parts of Gia's foot! She knows the tender spots and she knows the curves that need special attention. Once those spots have been carefully and thoroughly sucked on, there's really only one thing left to do: do it all over again!
